Still Ahead (“Still Ahead”, the “App”, “we”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you use Still Ahead and its related services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Still Ahead, we may collect and store:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and an identifier supplied by a sign-in provider
• Timeline content you create, such as life events, dates, descriptions, photos, profile details, and other memories you choose to record
• Connection and sharing information, including invitations, linked people, shared moments, permissions, and visibility settings
• Information about other people that you choose to include in a timeline or shared moment
• Support information you send to us, including emails, feedback, and account assistance requests
• Usage and technical information needed to operate, protect, and improve the App, such as feature interactions, app version, device type, operating system, and server logs
• Local device data needed to support features such as drafts, caching, offline access, and syncing, where those features are available

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage accounts
• Build, display, save, and sync personal timelines and moments
• Connect shared moments and show the people included in them
• Apply your sharing choices and provide invitations or collaboration features
• Provide support and respond to privacy or account requests
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect Still Ahead and its users
• Understand how the App is used and improve its reliability and experience
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your account information or timeline content for targeted advertising.

Personal and Shared Moments

A life timeline can contain personal information about you and other people. You control what you choose to record, but you should only add or share information about another person when you have the right or permission to do so.

Content remains private to you unless you choose a feature or setting that shares it. When you connect a moment with another person, invite someone, or otherwise share content, the recipients may be able to view or interact with that content according to the available permissions. Please review your choices before sharing sensitive moments.

Authentication

Still Ahead may use third-party sign-in providers, such as Apple or Google. Those providers authenticate you using their own browser or system flow. Still Ahead does not receive your password for those services. Your use of a sign-in provider is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Analytics

We may use analytics and diagnostic services to understand App performance, find errors, and improve the experience. Where practical, we use aggregated, anonymous, or de-identified information for these purposes. We do not provide private timeline content to analytics services for advertising.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with:

• Sign-in providers, to authenticate your account
• Cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers, to operate the service
• Analytics and error-reporting providers, to maintain and improve the App
• People you invite or connect with, when you deliberately share a moment, timeline, or invitation
• Legal, safety, or compliance recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent abuse, or enforce our terms
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements

Service providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Still Ahead and are expected to protect it appropriately. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Data Storage and Security

Information may be stored on our service providers' systems and, where needed for App features, on your device. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account information and timeline content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Still Ahead. You can delete your account directly from within the App. If you need help with deletion, contact [email protected].

After you confirm account deletion in the App, we delete or de-identify associated information within a reasonable period, except where limited information must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, backups, or dispute resolution. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten.

International Processing

Still Ahead and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal bases and safeguards for international transfers.

Children's Privacy

Still Ahead is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You can delete your account directly from within the App. To make another privacy request, or if you need help with deletion, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right that applies to you.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the App or by another reasonable method where required by law. The updated date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last revised.
